At Sense we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. As a European data controller, Sense complies with the requirements of the European GDPR when processing personal data.

Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use a website or online service.

In the event our site contains links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. Who we are
In this document Sense, we, or us refers to SENSE AI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, Flat 9 Elizabeth Court, Old Dover Road, Canterbury, England, CT1 3BZ.


Information We Collect
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.

“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions.

“Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.


Limited Use Disclosure
Sense's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We store in our databases following information collected from Google API:

Gmail: Email subject, Email ID, Email status, Email addresses from To, From, CC and BCC, Attached file name, Attached file type.
Google Drive: File name, File ID, File type.
Google Calendar: Event name, Event ID, Email addresses of event's attendees, Meeting link.

All this data is stored in our databases and can be removed by user's request. We don't send any data to any third-party AI models.

Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details about your visit.

Additionally, if you encounter certain errors while using the site, we may automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors, even in the moment they occur, that they have occurred, or what the nature of the error is.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
When the processing is related to the performance of an agreement, we keep personal data for the duration of the contract and a period of two years after the end of the contract. Thereafter we only keep such personal data as necessary to comply with legal obligations and for the period these obligations apply. When the processing of the personal data is based on your consent we keep it as long as the data is necessary for the purpose, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. As for processing based on compliance with a legal obligation, we keep the data for as long as these legal obligations remain in place. If the processing is based on Sense's legitimate interest, we keep the data as long as necessary for the purpose, or until the legitimate interest seizes to exist.

We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
